Hi Peter,

Yes, this is fully supported. That's why I write in my release-notes to be
careful not to create include-loops. WPKG will recursively include commands. If
a loop is detected then the include causing the loop will be ignored and an
error is logged.

So yes, your upgrade example will run the install and remove commands.
