Well, I just use Eclipse currently (which might be buggy as well, or more
likely for sure it's buggy, but I am not sure about the XML parser). I just
think based on my limited XML knowledge the way using schemaLocation with
hinting is correct. I might be wrong though and I am open to some in-depth
explanation why I am wrong here.
Maybe the N++ developers could explain why it does not verify these XML files
while Eclipse does and why one of the tools (or the users) are wrong.
