Thanks for reporting. Supposed to be fixed in 1.2.1-RC43:
FIX: Fixed issue when a check is executed twice during the same WPKG run when
replacing check result in settings (wpkg.xml).
Fixes bug 252. Thanks to Stefan Pendl.
MOD: Optimized writing of settings (wpkg.xml). Avoiding unneeded sorting if
just check nodes are added.
