Hello Rainer,
thanx for your efforts.
Using 1.2.1-RC48, I did run full removal and install of firefox + extensions,
all worked well again.
In addition some new errors arised in the log, stating
Invalid XML structure found. Root element 'package' does not match expexted
element name of 'packages'.
- which are correct for the corresponding xml files. After adding the
doctype/packages tags for the two files no more errors in the log :)
