wpkgCreateReport is a utility to create a HTML or Excel file containing
the current state of each client.
v2.0 uses the /query switch of WPKG.js to generate the data for the
report, so any changes to WPKG will be compatible with the report tool.
This makes using WPKG v1.3 mandatory for the report tool.
