WPKG complains about the local database of the client, this is usually
no problem, since that file will be recreated with each run.
Did WPKG install all packages anew?
If that was the case, you should open a bug report.
WPKG seem to have run anyway. I have a post-script that checks for
"ERROR" in the log and send all error lines by mail.
The xml-file seemed fine though, with the new syntax.
