Hi - there are a lot of things on qm conscious stuff. I'm not arguing with it; some I follow, some I don't. What I was writing about was the _foun- dations_ of analog and digital in relation to qm. The brain comes later unless one is a solipsist to the extent that he or she believes the universe is the result of mental processes. I don't. I'm interested in the collapse of U, not in terms of those processes, or as an explanation for those processes, but as an accounting of the distinction between/among analog and digital.
I feel a need to qualify this. I'm also not interested in metaphor at this point; my bringing it up was in connection with building and building upon foundations that aren't exact in the first place, creating a superstructure of argument that veers farther and farther from the 'truth' such as it is, if it exist at all.
