It seems to me very unlikely that voice 3 is saying any supposedly defective
body of water is muddled; but whether he or she is accusing voice 1 or 2 or
both of them is muddled i do not know

There's no reason to think sleep deprivation has anything to do with it.
Voice 3 blames power and force; and psychosis
