For years now, I've maintained a personal website that served more as an archive for my work than anything else.
While such repositories are useful, they can get dusty, and they don't often utilize the community-building power of Internet technology. The net should be a place where nodes intersect and collide, not a dead museum or drab resume. ight?
Thus, I'm opening up lewislacook.org to the community--for collaboration, announcments, discussion, personal blogging, even collaborative text creation...Mostly, I'd love to see here discussions and meetings on net.art, algorithmic art, netcinema and the like. But I also hope to see pure code-talk as well--specifically the usage of Open Source technologies.
