Hot Rain in the Forest*
Leave Jesus on the shelf while here.
Any ghost who wants to haunt you
Has to pay for the privelege or duty.
If you meet Tibetans
In an African jungle,
Do you run or smile?
Formless creatures scurry
Back into the forest.
But how could you or I see them?
Now you look and can't find.
Raise the moon if it can help you.
Swing your picks and shovels, oh automatons.
Shoe size can be a limitation
From the ground's perspective.
Silver bullets shine in the highest style.
