Dataservice UI: Data source Type window cannot be reopened when it is cancelled

Steps to reproduce:

1. Click on 'Define Data Service' link
2. In the 'Data Service Step-1', enter a service name
3. Select a data source from drop down
4. Click 'Cancel' on the data source type window
5. Now select the same data source again
Nothing will happen. You cannot open the same data source type window again
until a different data source is selected.
