Back / Next buttons and the breadcrumbs disappear when configuring a ws-sec1.1
scenario.
Steps to reproduce:
================
1. Log in to WSAS management console
2. Select a service and click on 'Manage Security configuration'
3. Select a ws-sec1.1 scenario. i.e:- select scenario 7 and click on continue
4. Click 'Apply' in the 'Encrypt only - Username Token Authentication' page
5. 'Security scenario successfully applied' message will be displayed
6. While the scenario 7 is being selected, click on continue
7. The back and next buttons are not there, therefore user cannot update the
scenario. Also, the breadcrumbs are invisible.
