Grouped by element and Rowname of the output mapping should be optional

Grouped by element and Rowname are empty if the query includes insert or update
statement. Therefore those attributes should not be mandatory when updating
such a data service.
Steps to reproduce:

1. Edit an existing query which has insert or update statement
2. You will not be able to save it unless Grouped by element and Row name are
given.
