See the attached screen shot. Database password is not saved when modifying the
dataservice in IE7.
Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a data service
2. Access WSAS management console using IE7
3. Select the dataservice
5. Click on edit button in RDBMS dropdown
6. Edit : RDBMS pop-up window will be displayed
