Data service: Row namespace cannot be updated using the wizard

Row namespace of the query result cannot be updated since the row namespace
update event is triggered when clicking 'Add new output mapping' button. It
doesn't make sense to add new output mapping when updating row namespace each
time.
1. Create a data service
2. Start to update the service
3. Select 'Edit Query' button
4. Try to update the row namespace
