POJO deployer label is misleading

The Add New Service option for POJOs is named "Upload POJO Artifact - JSR-181
Annotated/JAX-WS (.jar, .class)". When clicked, inside the "Upload jar or class
file" box, the file path box is labeled "Annotated .jar or .class". IMO, this
gives the impression that even a single .class needs to be annotated, which is
not the case. I suggest changing the label to ".class or annotated .jar"
