1. Use RPC Channel when sending Config Mgt messages
2. Improve the 2-phase commit protocol. When a node sends a prepare-ok, it
should have already persisted the config in the local repo (need to think a bit
mor eon whether this is actually needed since, anyway when a node comes up, it
gets the latest config from a neighbor)
3. UI for Node Management
