1. Create a mySQL data service
2. Do not copy mySQL JDBC driver to wsas lib, so that it will be deployed as
faulty service
3. Remove the faulty service
4, Check WSAS console. System tries to re-establish DB connection by every 1
minute even after the faulty service is removed
