Hi folks,
One reason for these tests to fail is, the JCE is not installed
in the JRE.
Original Exception was java.security.InvalidKeyException: Illegal key
size or default parameters
Did we use a new JRE in the builder machine ? I am not sure but I
think this may be the reason. Rampart readme file [1] has information
about this issue.
