Hi All, WSO2 WSAS 2.3-RC1 test build is available in [1].
Non of the artifacts are uploaded to WSO2 Maven2 central repository. Once the testing is passed, all the artifacts will be uploaded to central repository. Please be kind enough to test the prior build.
