1. Mtom sample guide does not exist in docs directory. Therefore, 'MTOM' link
at the left navigation returns a blank page.
2. in faqs.html, "Q6: How can I configure WSO2 WSAS to use persistent RM?" is
not applicable for the current release since persistent RM is not included.
3. in Index.html, new feature list is wrong
