Gregg

Firstly my apologies getting back so late to you.

There is a problem in the current release of WSAS and potentially in the next release with persistent RM. We are working to fix this - Our plan is to do a significant rewrite of the persistence implementation based on pure JDBC. However, this won't be done in the next (2.2) release of WSAS.

We will let you know the status of our persistent RM tests on the 2.2 release as soon as they are done.

I have had moderate success getting persistent reliable messaging working with WSO2 and an Oracle backend. Today, I tried to consume a Web service from within a WSO2 Web service. Using the in-memory storage, everything worked fine. When using persistent storage, only a CreateSequence message was stored and the destination Web server was never contacted. While looking around the WSO2 site, I came across bug “WSAS-413 Persistent RM not Working”. Is that bug still active in the most recent release? Does persistent RM work at all?
