Yes. You have to use WS_FTP Explorer rather than the conventional file transfer window 
(at least in my version). Then you just open a window for each remote host and drag 
and drop.

But it is not without its quirks. Unless the servers are set up correctly, WS_FTP will 
first begin writing the remote transfer file to your hard drive. But never fear, just 
hit the cancel button at that point and the transfer will move forward. next time you 
open that particular remote site, it will ask you if you want to complete the transfer 
that you cancelled, just tell it no.

I have put in a request to the WS_FTP folks to figure out a way of not having it try 
to transfer to the local hard drive before doing the actual remote to remote transfer. 
Hopefully they will fix this in a future version.
