Try changing WinProxy from the standard version to their new Starband version. Not
sure if that will help.
We have noticed other problems with Fetch for Mac on a mac network ether netted into
the StarBand machine.
I suspect there is something going on with WinProxy and the FTP protocol, but I am not
now at the network to try it out.
