in 7.02 the Transfer Manager is constantly "making it" so I cannot Resume a transfer.
Only Option available when this happens are Schedule, Log & Properties, the rest are 
greyed out.

I searched the Konowledge database and tried deleting the "xferobjects.dat" file as I 
was instructed.
This was a short term fix, cause it happens over and over and over.
Each time, I lose any chance to Resume transfers, because I have to start from the 
beginning again.
This is clearly a bug and very annoying, since the transfer manager can corrupt your 
transfer at any time. .

Where can I edit the  "xferobjects.dat" file to correct the affected queued transfer,
 because it is always not all of the queued transfers that are affected, just one or 
two.. ??

Any help will be appreciated.  A bugfix would be preferable.
