Hi, Say I have a folder on the server by name "S" and a folder on the client by name "C"
S gets new files every second.. my task is to get those files to C every hour,,, not only get but also to delete those files once they are copied.. Right now I am using the Synchronize utility ,,, it works great.. what I do is,,,I first copy all the files from S --> C and then delete all the files that are present in the S. but my main concern now is that during the time (when the copying from S-->C starts and the start of deletion process) its approximately 3-4 seconds,, there may be some new files that are coming in to S and are getting deleted .. so what do u suggest ,, is there a better way to use the synchronizes utility to copy and delete files one at a time.. or if any body wrote a script for the similar problem ,,, I have never written any scripts and am new to this area, can u please help me out... thanks in advance, sateesh Please visit http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html to be removed from this list.
