Ray -- There are two possibilities:

1. You may not have gotten **all** of the ".ini" files. The folder tree is
defined by the file "WS_FTP.ini" within the "Sites" folder. The contents
of each folder listed in "WS_FTP.ini" are defined by a separate file with
an ".ini" ending, and a name similar (but not necessarily identical) to the
name of the folder. Thus if you had 8 site folders, you should have moved
a total of 9 ".ini" files to the "Sites" folder.

2. One point that the KB article does not mention is that "WS_FTP.ini"
lists not only the names of the other ".ini" files, but also their physical
locations on your hard drive. If the ".ini" files are moved, this location
information will no longer be correct, and WS_FTP does not provide for
updating it automatically. To fix this, exit from WS_FTP, open
"WS_FTP.ini" with a text editor such as Notepad, and change all of the old
drive and path designations to the new location, as listed in your original
message, then restart WS_FTP.
