I purchased online the upgrade for 7.6 (I was running 7) and installed it, Now all I get is the splash box and it hangs. It doesn't even show up in the task manager programs running list but does show up in processess. I am running NT 4 sp6. Ipswitch has not responded yet. Any ideas? Jim
