I’m not too familiar with XP Home edition, but you might try and see if this works:   1. From the Start menu, select “Run…” 2. Type in “gpedit.msc” in the text box and hit enter 3. If the “Group Policy” window shows up, you can find the Local Security Policy under “Computer Configuration/Windows Settings/Security Settings/Local Policies” 4.
