I am looking after a FTP Server 3.0.1 site and have taken over the support. I have noticed that a number of my user accounts when they log in that they see a number of folders that are no longer on the system either physically or virtually. I am assuming user accounts that were no longer needed and virtual folders that were no longer needed were deleted before removing other user access. Is there away to clean up these Phantom directories? I tried to delete a directory but it wouldn't delete.
