I am trying to connect to an FTP Server via the SSH protocol, however, I am not able to get WSFTPPro to generate a public key file for the SSH connection, anyone have any insight?

I'm also trying to figure this out (when I get a moment). I've got as far as knowing that SFTP with SSH is not the same as FTP so the SSH demon on the server deals with the Secure FTP protocol not the FTP server (which may not even exist on a locked down server). I'm currently using pscp on the DOS command line with PuTTY to do this sort of transfer.
My next step is to look at Cute FTP and most likely Web Folders/WebDAV (but that requires work on the server side).
But as I've paid for WS_FTP Pro 8, I'd also welcome information on using this with SSH2 and SFTP with Public Key encryption.
