Michael, It sounds like the application was installed without the option to have personal sites. Look for the following registry entry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Ipswitch\WS_FTP\AllowPersonalSites If this value is 0, change it to 1 and restart the WS_FTP Pro application. This should fix your problem.
