We have two
users, using WS_FTP Pro V. 7.02, who are trying
to connect/login to a vendor's site that requires a secure login using SSL encryption. Both
users are running Win2000. Both installations are configured with the
Passive Mode and the SSL boxes checked. One is able to connect, but the
other can not. Both users are on the
same network and are going through the same firewall. The one who can't
connect never gets the certificate
authentication screen, nor the login box. All she gets is an error saying that the remote
server requires a secure connection.
Obviously, I know this and have the SSL box checked. I have
uninstalled and installed the software twice, with no
luck. Any suggestions? Could this be a Windows 2000 problem or
registry problem?
Thanks in advance...
