Pete, Thanks for your message. We add the link which has the FTP URL on our html page. Ideally, once a web user clicks the link on the web, the ws_ftp will be opened directly via the internet browser.
We do not know which directory the client installed the ws_ftp on his/her local machine. We can only suggest the client to have the ws_ftp installed if we find the ws_ftp can work with our web function needed. Thanks again for your response.
