We've just moved a synchronize routine from an NT 4 to Win2K server.
The sync routine does a nightly update of a moderately large web site
(over 25,000 files).

For all "sending" files after the first, we now get an error message
which says:

Update time file for Directory = 'dirnam', File = 'fnam' failed.

The sync seems to have gone ok and the sent files have the date and time
of transmission set on the target server.

Any help with what this message means?

Thanks, Dave Ross
