upstream speed... there is really not too much you can do.
There are certain
"tweaks" one can to do their system to slightly improve their broadband speed
both up and down stream. go to the tools section of dslreports.com or
speedguide.net... even google for "broadband tweaks" or the like. But
with probably 128k up.... you're kind of limited.
