Hi,
 
    WS_FTP Server is setup to allow SSL connections by default.  You will need to use a client that is capable of making SSL connections.  In WS_FTP Pro, you will have to change the server type to FTP/SSL (AUTH SSL).
    There are other options that are available on the server when working with SSL.  This link may provide you with more information:
