James,
Close WS_FTP Pro. Go to this directory and rename/delete these files: requests.dat and TransferHistory.dat
Windows 9x, ME C:\Program Files\Common Files\Ipswitch\WS_FTP
On Windows NT c:\WINNT\Profiles\user-name\application data\Ipswitch\WS_FTP
On Windows2000 and on Windows XP: c:\documents and settings\user-name\application data\Ipswitch\WS_FTP
=======Unhide hidden system files and folders. Open My Computer, click Tools/Folder Options/View and click the button "Show hidden files and folders".=========
That should resolve your problem.
