[WS_FTP Forum] Operating experience anyone ?: Mirroring two servers with WS_FTP Server 4.0.2

I plan to build a fault-tolerant ftp-server-configuration, i.e. setup two 
W2K servers, put WS_FTP Server 4.0.2 on them and let DFS/FRS mirror 
ftp-directories between servers. Networking hardware will load balance 
incoming traffic between servers and handle server crashes.

Inbound file transmission works like this:
Customers upload files to their home-directory on server A and DFS/FRS 
replicates the files to server B. Later my back-end-application-server 
connects to any server and fetches the files.
Outbound file transmission works likewise

Q1. Did anybody else do this ? Is this reliable and robust in a operating 
environment ?
Q2. How do you keep WS_FTP Server configurations synchronised ?
