  You have problems establishing data channels, which are made in two ways:
passive or port mode.  In passive mode the server chooses a port to wait for
a connection and tells the client where to connect to.  In port mode, the
client chooses a port and tell the server where to connect to.   Not sure
which mode you are using but if you want to allow any client to connect to
your server, it is better that you use passive mode.  Take a look at this KB
to learn how to configure your server and firewall.
