I am attending the SANS 2004 Information Security Mega Conference for "Auditing Networks, Perimeters and Systems" from March 31th until April 9th.
I will have limited access to voicemail or email and will only be able to check nightly (EST). I will be available for emergency communication via text (SMS) paging at [EMAIL PROTECTED] Otherwise, I will review email and voicemail nightly. If you require immediate management assistance, please contact Gary Goldstone via mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] or if you require technical support, contact Mike Little via mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] >>> WSFTP_Forum 04/05/04 07:22 >>> Good Morning, Just recently, we have been having problems connecting to a specific FTP server. The first attempt to log on doesn't fully connect. I can see where the connection to the server is established, but then the connection gets severed. If I turn around and connect a second time, the connection fully completes and I gain access to the ftp folders. This happens if I haven't connected to the server in the past 15 minutes or longer. The server host states that they are not having any issues with the FTP server and that no other customer has reported having this issue. I've included a session log extract. Does anyone know how to correct this issue?? [Session Log] WINSOCK.DLL: Microsoft wsock32.dll, ver2.2, 32bit of Feb 6 1998, at 14:18:02.
