Hi everyone,

I am having difficulty with a certain aspect of WS_FTP Server. I spoke to
support about it, but they couldn't seem to help me. Please help.
Basically, I am trying to set up the server in the following way:

e:\ - access for administrators
e:\ftproot\ - access for project managers
e:\ftproot\users\employee1\ - access for each employee
e:\ftproot\clients\company1\ - access for each client

I would like each user to have access to control all folders/files
underneath their root. The problem is that I can not get the rights for
each level to coexist together. When I propagate permissions on one, then
the other can't access subfolders. When I propagate permissions for both
levels, the higher level user loses rights to the folders which the lower
user has rights to.
I tried a workaround by giving access to both the higher and lower level
users on each folder. This works; however, this lists every single folder
in the administrators root, which is unacceptable.
Please help!
Tim
