I continue to have weird occurrences with WS_FTP Pro. I know my computer is infected/infested with Look2Me Spyware, and I have a tendency to blame it for everything that goes wrong, but I don't really know if my FTP problems are related. I've never had a problem with my domain or FTP before.
Intermittently (but often for hours or a day at a time), I get a 530 or531 "Incorrect Login" error message. it tells me that either my user name or my password is wrong. I've gone into the Yahoo Web Console and changed and saved a new password multiple times, and that didn't work. Interestingly, asking them to send me a new password via e-mail, and using that password of random letters and numbers, worked! I never studied my FTP log before. This is from last night. Does anything look strange here....especially the Unix part? I would hate to have to uninstall all my software and reset my 2.5 month old computer settings back to default, but I'm about to that point. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Pat S.
