Greetings,
I'm trying to install and use WS_FTP Pro on a Windows98 machine. The installation goes fine but when starting, error messages...
'A device attached to the system is not functioning'
and then
'the wsftpctl.dll file is linked to missing export MFC42.DLL:6880'
appears
The app fails to start.
The same issue appears when trying to install the trial version as well.
The PC is a clean re-build with Windows98 with all the latest Windows Updates. No anti-virus apps are installed
Any ideas of what I'm missing?
