Actually, that's a good question since it's a behavior/GUI change from
earlier versions.  There are a few ways to do this, one of which is opening
a new local view tab.

Another way in Pro 9.0 or higher is to turn on the folder view which gives
you a tree view, like in Windows Explorer.  To do this:

Click Folders on the Navigation toolbar.
Drag files to the parent folder in the tree.

the last version of WS_FTP I had (6 or 7, I think) included the ".." for the
parent directory in the file listing.  If I wanted to
move a file to the next level up I dragged there.  I don't see this in
version 9.  Is there some setting I have wrong that hides
this now?  Or am I supposed to open a second tab to move files on the remote
site?
