Use the Rename command: RENAME Syntax: RENAME source destination
What it does: Renames the fileor folder specified in source to the name specified in destination. This was taken straight from the scripting command reference found in the help file of ws_ftp You can access the command reference from the ipswitch help contents, go to WS_FTP Utilities, then WS_FTP Script, then click on command reference. Hoping you can answer my question (as dumb and it may surely seem to some...) Using 'ftpscrpt.exe -f myScript.scp' Once connected I would like to rename a remote file(s), but I can't find documentation on what command that might be. In Std. FTP I would do something like (http://www.nsftools.com/tips/MSFTP.htm#rename) Unfortunately, I cannot "TEST" this outside of production resources (I know, I know...) So... I need to have confidence in what to try (prefer some documentation) Can anyone help here ? Thanks, Joey C. ___________________________________ Joseph C.
