I was looking all over and online and IPSWITCH states that do have sites
that change your local folders automatically, you have to use the
workspaces that version 2006 has, It's kind of a pain because now you
have to save multiple items for each site you want to connect to, I
don't like it much.

Wheres IPSWITCH?

Well what do you know. Me neither, but the odd thing is, my old
settings
for local folder are now in 'Initialize command' which would explain why
I
don't get put in my specified start folder!

Yo, IPSWITCH. WHERE ARE YOU???

John,

When I try this in 2006, I do not get a local folder option at all,
only
the
remote folder? I do in 9.01 but not in 2006. Is there some other
setting
I
need to know about to get it to display?

Thanks

Doug

Price of progress I suppose, and VERY frustrating.
You have to edit a site in the site manager and go to startup options,

or right click the remote tab and choose properties. Thats 2006. In
version 9 I think it was in the options menu item. Before that I think

it was in the tools menu.

Shades of microsoft.
