Try turning off "cache directory listing" on the client side connection
properties.  I absolutely HATE that "feature".  Seems like it screws
stuff up all the time.  Maybe this is one of those things.

This sorting bug (files with time stamps that differ by only a few
minutes not sorting properly when Modified is selected) has been around
since at least v.7. Sometimes refreshing the local system (My Computer)
window puts the files into the correct order.
