I am new to this forum. I am trying to connect to my FTP
server locally and I get stuck in the welcome screen. The bitrate is about
0.0013Kb/s and it will go no more. Can someone help me with this issue? I have
ports 19-22 forwarded on my Linksys router and my ftp client unblocked on my
