I am using WSFTP Pro Secure v8.1 to develop an application
running under Windows XP Pro. When the application tries to make an FTP
connection to the server, my first 2 attempts fail with error 41 (the FTP log
shows error 80290000), and the third attempt succeeds (there is a 5 second
delay between retries). This pattern of failure and success is consistent. I
have no problems using the WSFTP Pro client v8.03 to make the connection; it
connects immediately with no errors. Does anyone have any idea what may be the problem with my
application? Is there an option in the WS FTP SDK that I can try that would
